If you are looking for something different from your normal gym workout, this is the place to go! Great energy, great workouts, and lots of calorie burning! The staff is very supportive and always pushes you to the next level. The music is great too... which can make a huge difference when you feel like you are about to give up or slack on those extra squats... lol! I recommend anyone give this a try. You don't have to be a super athlete or extremely fit to survive the routines. Just do your best and you will definitely have fun!
