Hello everyone. First I would like to say that this is the first time I have ever publicly posted a review online for any company, but after my experience with this company I feel that it is my moral responsibility to share and warn others of this online store. On July 31,2019 I place an order of two items from this company. After not receiving my items or a shipment date after the 14 business day I sent an email on August 22,2019 to get some information on my order. From August 22-26 of 2019 the email that was provided online was not working and I kept receiving messages stating that the delivery was not completed. Being concerned about this I decided to contact the company by phone. The number does not work and I have no idea why they even have it posted on their website. It was not until August 29,2019 when I sent an email stating that I may have to get legal advice for this issue. After that email I finally received a response. I was informed that my items were on back order. This was understandable. My event wasn't until September 28th which is why I order a couple months ahead just in case something like this would happen. On September 12,2019 I inquired on my order through email because my event was coming up. I was informed that they were still waiting on the production staff to provide an update but ensures me that they will make my deadline. On September 20,2019 I requested a shipment date through email. No response. On September 26,2019 I requested a refund through email. No response. On October 1st I requested a refund again through email. No response. October 3rd, 2019 I informed the company through email that my patience has ran out and if I do not receive a refund that I would have to hand this over to my attorney. On October 7,2019 I forward the same email to the company just in case they over looked the previous one. No response. On October 11,2019 I sent an emailing asking that if they could not provide me with a refund could they at least allow me to exchange my items. On October 14,2019 I saw online from several different websites that the store was permanently closed. On that same day I sent my last email asking them if they were permanently closed and that if they were what was the company going to do for those who have made purchases but did not receive their items. No response. As a teacher I understand that situations may happen which may prevent things from being successful, but there is no excuse for this. If the company knew that they were closing why didn't just let someone know? Why is the website still active for other people who are not aware of the current situation to make new purchases if you are not able to fill their request? Honesty can go a long way and if the company would have just told me of its situation I would have work with them, but now I have to work with my attorney just to get my items or a refund. If you feel that you should still order from this company after reading my review, I wish you all the best and pray that your experience will be better than mine.
