I ordered two items through two separate orders. For the first product, I received a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. For the second order, I did not receive a tracking number. I received the first item. I did not receive the second. I contacted the seller about the second order. The seller responded by sending me the tracking information for the first order. Next, I went through PayPal for assistance. No help AT ALL. Paypal simply had me rewrite an email I already sent requesting a refund. The seller responded by editing the email I received with tracking information to fit the second order. Essentially creating a fake email with tracking information from my first order. It might have worked if I did not have the original email detailing what was in the shipped order that did not list the second item I ordered. I can't believe everything the seller did to keep my $64.
