The owner did not respond in the 48 hours so like written on their website I asked for a refund. Then few days later they say "oh the owner say ok so you cannot have a refund" except that the delay was passed and that I asked for the refund right away so it should have been already done but the employee keeps putting it off and sends one email a day to the conversation to drag this matter for a long time... I'm still "fighting" to get my money back because I am apparently the only one who respects their rules this is ridiculous!
I really do not recommend this website, it is a disaster. Find another solution it will be safer for your money and your time...
