After reading a review by a big newspaper I tried tumble deal. Ordered a couple of items and they arrived quickly they all appeared legit. Was disappointed with a pair of earrings, the stones were so tiny my 6 year old neighbors daughter didn't want them. Overall very happy with purchases

I have submitted several requests for the 2nd set of henckels steak knives I ordered in my 1st or 2nd order and have rave no response. I am still quite happy with the past purchases but don't know what the issue could be.. Laura
I can't ever seem to be able to order online without snafus. I have spent hours trying to place an order without success. Customer service is great, very helpful. I'll just call from now on.
I ordered a nice patricia nash handbag at a great price and opted to pick up in the store near my father in laws nursing home. I went one evening on my way home and arrived at 8:45p thinking they closed at 9:30. Unfortunately they closed at 9:00p and said there wasn't enough time to get it out of locked storage. I came 2 nights later after my father in law was admitted to the hospital and was stressed out. I had received several emails telling me that my purchase was ready for pick up. I realized I wasn't sure were to pick up the handbag so went to that dept. I looked for an employee for at least 15min. Store was not busy at all. I was told to go upstairs to the men's department to get it. She said there were 2 employees on the 2nd floor. After walking the entire 2nd floor with out seeing any employees I went to register and waited waited waited waited. Probably@ 20 min. I was 1st in line and told her why I was there. She asked if she could take the customer behind me and ring her up. I should have said please don't. She then took Another customer, as several had been looking for any employee as well. Then finally she went to get it and was unable to locate it. Finally another employee arrived and she checked, I think she was a manager but she couldn't find it either. I left pretty aggravated, especially as I kept getting texts to go pick up my package. I did call and was told it was there. I was not going back, my father in law had passed away and I was not up for a wild goose chase and was ready to cancel. The customer service rep said she would have it delivered free. Which was nice, but will not opt for store p/u ever again.
I placed an order online for toys. They were to be gifts for a neighbors children. I have health issues that make it difficult to trailer around the giant box stores. I was happy to find I could order online and pick up in store. Well, I checked in store couple days after stated delivery date. They had no record, but said don't worry, it just means it hasn't arrived in the store yet. They didn't check status. A couple of days later I checked the status and the order had been cancelled by Wal-Mart without any explanation or contacting me to let me know what was going on. I tried to find out why, they just said " it happens all the time". What if I had gone just before Christmas? S@$$$ out of luck! My credit card had been charged, that was not cancelled automatically, only after I complained. Do they have to have all of the money?
