I've only done this 2x. It's a good workout. I think what would make it better is:
1) group exercises. For instance do all the sitting ones together, all the standing ones together, all the lying down ones together, etc.
2) be able to see the meals a week or two out so one can plan and shop accordingly.
3) get a real response when you contact support rather than be given a bunch of links to articles that don't help.
