I posted a job last week and had 40 applicants and then closed the position once I offered a candidate the position. Unfortunately things fell through because the candidate had family matters to attend to, so I started scheduling interviews with other candidates, and I also reposted the job to receive more applications, and added "Urgently hiring" in the title because, well, our timeline for hiring was accelerated after the previous candidate not being able to take the position.

Suddenly my account was disabled and I can't even access my messages or my candidate's files. Right when I was in the middle of scheduling interviews. This really screwed me over. I believe they did it because they don't like that I put urgently hiring in the title. My posting was completely fine before that, but suddenly now it's not when I put that. Because they want you to pay to sponsor your job in order to be able to have that little icon with urgently hiring on the posting.

Tip for consumers:
Download the resumes as soon as you get them, and contact them outside of Indeed so you don't lose access.
