I absolutely love KC's products especially their lip kits and other lip products. However their customer service isn't great. You cannot call and speak to a live person only via email. I updated my shipping address prior to purchasing my order and the site never registered the change so my order went to an old address and ended up with who knows but not with me! CS tried to tell me there was nothing they could do. After going back and forth telling them there is always something they can do to help their customers and they were about to lose one they finally fixed the situation. I had to pay an additional $9 for shipping but am receiving my order. Or they would have refunded my money minus a $10 restocking fee. So, if CS tries to tell you there's nothing they can do, do not stop fighting! You will receive your order! I wish they upgraded their service where you were able to call and have an issue like this fixed immediately before the order is processed. That's my only complaint/suggestion. However, I am grateful that they were able to accommodate me.
