I have not been contacted to date April 9,2020 by either Samsung or Trail Appliance to see if their product, Samsung dishwasher model number DW80K5050UG, is working properly. The product has never worked properly and still does not work properly. I have tried various dishwasher detergents with different variables, including the suggestions provided by the Samsung repair agent. I have found that not one of the methods produced clean dishes. And further, the agent's suggestions "ARE NOT" in the operating manual. It is despicable that Samsung and Trail Appliance expect the purchaser of their products to do the product research which should have been done before selling this product to the consumer. This was a costly product for me to purchase and is expensive for me as a consumer to try various methods for which costs include time, detergents, electricity, water and sewer. I hold Trail Appliance accountable as well as Samsung for selling products that they do not stand behind. So, I am asking anyone who has purchased this product or any Samsung product, or anyone that has purchased a product from Trail Appliance with issues that have not been dealt with properly to add a comment, or email me at the following email address *******@outlook.com.
