Whenever there's a problem with my cable, it's impossible to get an agent on the phone. The automated system doesn't recognize or understand speech, even common phrases or phrases the automated system has already used. Even though I've already restarted the system, it insists on restarting again. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced, for the most money I pay any utility.

Customer service has gone completely out the window with this company. They used to be friendly, warm, and helpful, even in the midst of the Christmas rush. Now, just about everyone you speak to is rushed, curt, unhelpful, and even nasty and sarcastic. I spoke to four different customer service representatives, and only one of them was even vaguely polite.

Try asking to speak to a supervisor. You can't. They won't let you. Not even when you want to place a complaint about an extremely rude operator. They just make you wait longer on the phone, and then come back saying they will deal with it themselves.

The website has bugs and problems, but they don't want to hear about it, and they won't help you get around them.

The prices on the web are usually lower than on the phone -- make sure you insist that they honor the lower price. They are required to by law.

I don't care how good the quality is, and the quality has been fairly good in the past. There is no level of quality that could make me want to put up with nastiness from customer service representatives like this.

I won't order from this company ever again.
