“Don't trust this site”

I ordered 5 items and received an email saying my order was received & confirmed. That was 4 weeks ago & nothing since. Nothing was shipped and now I won't have the items for the trip I was wanting them for. They all said shipped from Canada & I swear I've gotten purchases faster from China! I don't receive any responses from email or their online chat. Super frustrating. The email on my bank account for receiving the payment is a random Russian name which really has me wondering if I was scammed :(
