“Not 18th edition test sheets”

Brought this app to find the certificates are still 17th edition amd3, I told app developer in what's app chat and they were rude and dismissed the accusation saying there 18th edition even after sending them the relevant IET regulations on test sheets. Very bad customer service, wrong information and impossible for a refund
