I bought a pair of Oakley Gascans at the beginning of summer... my lenses kept falling out and eventually I lost one without even knowing. I filed a customer support claim for my 8 week old product... I simply needed another lense. They rejected my claim and offered me a repair fee of 151.00... $20. Less than I paid for the product 8 weeks earlier. $174.00 for sunglasses they won't stand behind for 8 weeks? PATHETIC!,,,
