I have to admit that the broker has a lot of quality, but I have not really been impressed with their service. I understand that the broker is a very big company, and it is difficult to give all traders the best quality service at all times, but it is not an excuse.
I agree, they have great trading conditions but there is more to trading than just the trading conditions. I like the alternatives that the platform also provides: You get to choose how you want to trade basically.
