Since the last time I wrote a review things has gotten extremely worse the man we have been communicating with Alex Harper has had his number changed and promised that our online store would be ready to go by the end of 2/28/2024 ok people look at our online store www.dametresroyal.com it's so unprofessional we set up a zoom meeting to learn how the online store is supposed to perform well we showed up for the meeting but he didn't left us on hold so we call back guess what no answer we have ask these people for our money back because they have not done what they have been paid to do and there is always some excuse to why they can't perform their paid jobs so sad can someone please help us out of this situation please 🙏

We have been working with this business for about two years and still no results to this day they pass you on to other people when you have questions they are supposed to be building a online store for two years my GOD i can't believe it take this long I'm not sure what kind of online store this is we are supposed to be partners with AMAZON so far we have not made any money we have had sales but they can't tell us where the money has went we can't see what is being purchased or where the money is going they have our personal bank account but no money has hit our account yet people don't trust them we have no results yet I ask them how long we been working on this store they would not answer but I can guarantee you it's been at least 3 years oh yes because they was web verse first and they went out of business they took our money and passed us on to these people and the previous people that worked for them are contacting us telling us how they are crooks and still owe them pay it's ridiculous all we trying to do is have a successful online store people try Shopify you would do better if we had someone to help us with Shopify we would do it but we have invested so much money in this project we continue to depend on them to do their job and they are failing us we are loosing so much money with nothing to show if someone have any suggestions on what we can do please contact us take a look at this online store so unprofessional www.dametresroyal.com
This place is the biggest ripoff out here we paid 6,000.00 dollars for a video and that is all we got. They told us it was a great ideas which I'm sure they tell everybody to get their money. We are very disappointed and out of a lot of money they sell people dreams to get their money it's sad how so many companies can take peoples money and keep on taking peoples money with our a refund and left with nothing but a video what can we do with a video nothing and they know that. Don't loose your money by trusting in this company to help get your product out it's not going happen. I really believe they are prejudice and took advantage of 2 BLACK women trying to be successful with a idea they said was great and we believe in it but watch a white person with money will steal our idea like so many others have with different companies. We thought we really had a chance with this company but sad to say we are out of a lot of money 6,000.00 to be exact. Don't trust these people if someone could help us we would appreciate it we only trying to have a great idea on the market.
