DO NOT fall for this "Tech support." It is a complete ruse!" I was almost convinced that I had to buy some ALLEGED subscription, for. Anti-virus software... I was shown "alleged" malware infections, 27 to be exact, on my pc. The agent. Told me that unless I buy this software these infections would keep on coming back. It all started when I searched for Microsoft support, for my outlook e-mail account. Sure enough, the site looked legit, It said Microsoft... Soon I will try to get a creen shot of this site, or at least post it's phone number.
Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY!!

“They did it to me. I looked on line for tech support, got these guys, and went with them as I'm a 67 year old computer dunce. They ripped me off, HARD! Do NOT do anything with these guys. This is a 1st rate SCAM.”
