Iam a 73 yr old 100% disabled veteran I recently had throat surgery for cancer. They removed my vocal cords which prevents me from talking at this time. I had my friend who speaks for me call Hughes net to cancel my internet. They said I have to show medical records which is private and illegal I believe. So now I have to get a power of attorney letter notarized and faxed to them all this just to cancel internet service. That's a shame to put a person through that.
