The absolute worst property management company I've ever rented from. First off, they do basically nothing to upkeep the property. When we had 15 inches of snow on the ground it took over a week for them to get here to clean off the sidewalks, and then when they did they only did a half a**ed job, barely cleaning them off. The snow and the ice was a hazard and they didn't care. The piles of dog poop just left on the sidewalks could be considered a healthcode violation. They've raised my rent every single year I've lived here and they use high pressure tactics to get you to renew your lease, making threats about having to show your unit if you don't settle 8 months in advance. I am disabled and on a fixed income and for them to threaten me like this is triggering and causes me extreme psychological distress. No repairs were made upon moving in, the walls were not even repainted and the carpet smelled sickeningly of carpet shampoo for weeks on account of there being no ventilation in this apartment. They basically want to do their work for them,
Giving tenants a checklist to look over upon moving in about condition with only a week to complete inspection. Since moving here it's been one absentee, ineffective manager after the other and that's just in three short years. If I hadn't been homeless and desperate when I moved in here I would have looked elsewhere. Nest Property Management are vultures. Parasites preying on the desperation of their tenants.
