Having waited over two months and despite a ludicrous amount of emails with unhelpful replies, I finally was told I couldn't receive my dress.
I have now been told I should "wait patiently" for my refund which may take some time because their "accountant is busy".
Having chased again twice, the latest reply is that it may take 15-20 days.
