Not even worth 1 star! Order a scooter on 12/9, right from day 1 he lied about when item was shipped. I have proof from FedEx that he lied. Doesn't answer phone, the 1 time he did he hung up on us. Rude in emails when he decides to respond. When item did show up finally on 12/27 it was damaged. Website says you can deny package at time of delivery but he set up label that no signature was required. I received text from FedEx that package was delivered, went to front door asap, saw damages but couldn't stop driver. Website also states if damaged you have 3 days to notified, I took pictures & emailed right after we received, very same day I emailed to let him know damaged, sent photos with proof & still to this day arguing about returning. He says the photos don't show any damages, just damage to the shipping box. This shipping packaging isn't made out of metal! It's obvious the metal is damaged. I have attached photos, once you look at them you will understand what an unprofessional company this is with no common sense of customer service. Before I placed the order I emailed asking if scooter is new & he answered yes. So if I ordered and paid for a new scooter, why would I want a damaged scooter?! Seems logical to me. He hasn't even offered to exchange the scooter. I haven't opened the box since you can clearly see the damage & I know if I opened the box to see how bad the damages are, he'd argue that I opened the it. I wish I could attach every email, every photo, every FedEx notice, every auto text that came thru everytime I tried calling him, just not possible to attach all. Approx 50 emails, approx 15 Fed Ex phones calls, text & compliant file, approx 5 calls to credit card to dispute this charge in the begin (still dealing with credit card to send doucements, photos, etc), hours spent to review/complain to BBB, Google, Site Jabber, anywhere I can to warn consumers not to buy from Scootercatalog.com. The worst, most unprofessional, rudest, ignorant company I've every dealt with!
