At first, I was excited to purchase my first box a couple years ago. I had seen the ads on YouTube and even follow a creator who shared an unboxing. They were genuinely happy with the box. However, I did have issues ordering. I lost signal and had to redo my original order since the checkout screen sent me back to the start instead of continuing to the finish the order. In the check out, the order showed only 1 box w/ the extra figure added. Little did I know that I had accidentally ordered two. I didn't realize this until I went to log into my account to check on the order since it was taking quite a bit longer than I anticipated and was sent an email to check on the shipment for ONE box. I noticed 3 charges during the first purchase and emailed the company to ask what could be done about the double charge and asked when. They mention on their website that ANY charge backs would be fought with legal persecution and were highly recommended to avoid doing so. I told mentioned that I didn't recall ordering multiple boxes, I asked for a refund on the January order (or at least one of the boxes), and accepted that I was just out of luck on the first order. The owner replied 4 days after. I understand it is a business, but the professionalism of the replies were subpar. She blamed me and repeated that it was user error after showing me a tiny screenshot of my purchases. She told me, "If you don't want to keep getting billed multiple times, don't go through the checkout multiple times." I had already explained that there was an issue with my order processing, but that didn't seem to matter. She did offer me a refund on one of the boxes but the attitude in her response to the mishap ruined giving them a second chance and made sure everything was cancelled. I told her that I felt she was very unprofessional in her "business" email. It felt like talking to a teenager who rode a high horse. I thanked her anyway for making sure I got the links for packages and accepted the refund. She replied back, "I don't normally provide refunds as the packages are reserved at the time of payment, but I'll go ahead and refund you,". She had already offered, but yet this reply felt unnecessary. Overall, extremely unprofessional.

Once the packages came, I was immediately regretting ever giving into the excitement about purchasing the boxes. The items were a bit boring and cheap. The figures looked like they were forced into the molds and smelled badly of strong plastic chemicals. The figures do not look at all like the characters they represent and made me sad to want to do something to fix them. I don't use anything and refuse to even give them away. I would say that they are not worth it. If you want cheaper figures, Pop Up Parade brands are so much better bang for the buck.
