The fees for the Walmart Green Dot Bank card are the worst rip-off and any other Green Dot Bank Debit or Credit card are all the same. There a long wait to talk to customer service and then they can't speak English very well. They don't work with you on any problems they just keep your money and you are screwed. The worst I have DEALT WITH IS MY ENTIRE ADULT LIFE 45 YEARS.
