I have received an update from the company, they wanted to reimburse me $5.00 for the purchase and I said absolutely not, then they offered $10.00 and still my answer is no! I have to get back in touch with the fraud department and doing everything in my power to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. They also want me to pay the shipping cost back if I want a full refund but the company "assures" me it will be very costly to return it. I'm going to let the fraud department know and also contact the BBB about this company and provide them with as much details as possible in hopes they are stopped.

I ordered a realistic weighted reborn doll from their site www.joandyou.com my account was debited they sent me a bogus PayPal confirmation code. I called PayPal and they had no transaction history of this purchase first red flag! I reached out to the company and it took forever to get a response worth while with any information! I finally received the product today and it's NOTHING like what I ordered. I called the fraud department to file a claim and reached out to the company. They tried very hard to cover their tracks and even went as far as wiping out all transactions and correspondence between the company and I but thankfully when I felt something was off I took screenshots so I have all the evidence I need. I no longer am able to access my account on their website they shut that down as well and I had to close my bank account and open another one which I'm thankful I did as soon as PayPal said they had no transaction history of the purchase. Now if you search on their website they conviently have no reborn dolls but again have screen shots of that and I will post what I ordered vs what I received! Since I have spent so much wasted time on the phone, I'm going to go further to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This product comes from China and has a return address of Jamaica New York, it also has a 14 day return policy and YOU are responsible for the return shipping even though they are a fraudulent company. I still haven't a single word for the company.

I had a difficult time checking out and the sizes were all correct, some how two of my items ordered got switched in size. I contacted customer support and gave them the order number and SKU numbers. They will take a return but it has to be within 15 days or they charge you 10% and you have to pay for shipping as well. The company is in New York and I'm out of the South, I'll lose money either way. There is no sense of returning but they lost a loyal customer. FIX YOUR WEBSITE CHECKOUT. I ordered 13 items meaning 10 were the same size you think they would put two and two together while packaging.

Tip for consumers:
Don't check out if it's giving you a difficult time, it must auto reset or they give you what they have in stock and it falls back on the purchaser.
