Surprisingly low price of $8 per copy for a $23 book. 100% new and excellent condition. Encouraged to buy more copies to meet a minimum $ purchase for free shipping. I did. Books delivered by 'Expedited Parcel' to me personally (I happened to be home) by Canada Post in only a few days. I gave a copy to my daughter. The other copies are for my friends.
