Virtual Shield worked "sometimes" in that my IP address indicated it was in another city, but often it would not connect. I generated several "tickets" for help, but never received it. I finally cancelled the subscription and deleted the app, but it still shows up on start up--only giving me the option to restart the service or get help. Now, I am getting regular emails warning me that they are not receiving my payments (because I changed bank accounts!) I'm taking the time to write this because I just received another email stating they started a "ticket" for me--after I wrote them (again) that I had cancelled the service MONTHS ago.
