I ordered tulle from this company months ago. I received an email stating items are on backorder. The email stated I could wait or receive a refund. I asked for a refund. Since then they keep sending me the same email. I have emailed them back 4 times for a refund. They responded with the same email all 4 times. No phone number for this company. Email only. I'm not sure how to handle this. Its too late to dispute this with my bank. $48 in tulle and no tulle
