Purchased a Groupon voucher for blankets through Printerpix! Ordered blankets and was charged 29.00 for shipping, One blanket was good but
Other had a misprint. Thought you would contact company and they would take care of it! After 12 emails with the reference numbers, a library of pictures and no response back, other than that they received it. Called today and was told that if I want to pay another 29.00 and half of the voucher they would replace the defective item.!
Tip for consumers:
Shipping costs way overrated, Worst service ever! Returns was not offered! Would replace if I bought new voucher and paid shipping. Total insult to ones intelligence !, Value was not good, anything they marked down in voucher they picked up on shipping, Quality of product,actually had better prints at Drug stores.I started emailing May 3 and finally get a response on June 3 and only because I called again! Each time you email you go to a third party website who starts the whole process over!
