I used Airtrvl formerly Airlings to book 2 tickets costing nearly 1,000 euros... no tickets, no refund. This was back in June and although i keep contacting their so-called Support Team, nothing... so just want to warn anyone thinking of using them. By they way, I did not want to give any star rating but had to in order to submit reviewl.

AIRLINGS... WARNING... Please, please be careful using this site; we booked really brilliantly priced tickets to Sao Paolo, 983 euros for 2 people, only to receive a message two days before we travelled that 'there was not enough time between the bank transfer and departure date' to have the tickets issued. That was bad enough as we then had to find and pay for another set of tickets. We were advised we would get a refund which had been 'processed successfully'. Needless to say, we have not received any refund... whether we will or not is anyone's guess because despite endless e-mails, the 'Support Team' have been totally unresponsive. I used this site as it was on Trustpilot... there were good reviews from others and whether they were true or not, who knows... but anyone looking to book with Airlings, please be careful. 983 Euros is a lot of money to lose.
