“Too hard to get TPG product cancelled. Pls do not get trapped with TPG!”

TPG just focus on selling their products. Once trapped with a product, too hard to get it cancelled. No one to answer cancellation calls. Wasting 2 hours on the phone and just could not get it done! Awful system!

Tip for consumers:
do not get trapped with tpg products at all!
