I am a 70+ ylo woman with advanced knee and spinal arthritis impacting my work and daily activities. I am also a retired nurse with 30 years experience and a retired AF flight nurse with 27 years. I was trying to arrange knee replacement surgery and contacted Olympia Orthopedics for a second opinion. I made an appointment and was sent a very long and complicated questionnairre on line. There were several warning statements included with the document indicating that if it was not complete I would not have an appointment. I tried to work on it several times but it was so awkward that I gave up. It was so clumsy that if you wanted to correct a single letter you'd have to start over. I decided to call the office for helo but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE! I left messages but no one called. Finally I decided I would cancel the appopiontment. I did so on line and over the message phone that no one aswers. About a month later I get a bill for I'm assuming the canceled appointment. These bills come every month. Today, there is a message from Olympia Orhthopedics claiming NEW CHARGES! Apparently they are charging interest on the charge they have no right to make! I asked one of my providers about Olympia Orthopedics and the response was that they lack the finer points of humanity! No Doubt. I have contacted the Health Department and the State Health Insurance Administrator.

I contracted with Crater Land Use to perform an admissable in depth evaluation of water trespass activies on my property in preparatoin for a probable court case. I paid 50% down and had Ryan come for a "site visit" which turned out to be a drink on the porch and a five minute walk on less that half of the property. The contract specified deliverables and time framse - neither of which were met. He wound up sending an onluine LIDAR map of the property (late) and said he couldn't do what was needed. He had all the infomration he needed ot make that determination BEFORE he took the check. In retrospect I found that his business has neither license nor liabilitiy coverage. He shows no evidence of certification in his field. He runs his buiness on a UBI that in June related to a fishing boat but has since been corrected. He apparently now boasts BBB certifiication which is so new the paint is wet... I occured while was filing a complaint with them but they lost it. Not a good look for BBB.

In August I found an antique porcelain chandelier on auction near the PAKMAIL 321 on Woodruff Rd, Greenville SC *******. I contacted the manager and discussed pickup, packaging and shipping arrangements. I told the manager, Bairam, that this antique chandelier was a unique design in that the arms are completely removable and I expected them to be for shipment. THe arms "plug into" the base with prongs identical to a lamp cord plug. He provided no argument. He then proceeded to completely ignore my instructions. He picked up and packed the chandelier with the six arms in place stating they would not come off and when contacted by the BBB he stated that there was a "policy" not to take apart electronics - a "polcy" he never shared with me up front. The arms in this type of chandelier are plugged in and stay in place with a cantilever weight distribution. So when Bairam contacted me he had already picked it up and packed ignoring my instruction to remove the arms. At that point he charged me $96 for packaging and extorted $240 for shipping when if packed as instructed with arms undone, the shipping would have cost $60 tops! When it arrived - it came in two boxes, on inside the other. The primary box arrived with an air gap without peanuts of more than 6" allowing the contents to bounce from coast to coast. Also inside that were two card board boxes with lamp accessories - also freely bouncing for 3,000 miles. As a result, two of the six arms were broken in pieces. And the kicker - the primary box also held a bright pink beanie baby toy. Boggled my mind! I have been selling and shipping antique lighting fixtures for 20 years and this was the worst!

Several episoded of assistance provided by Patrick Rein has allowed me to finalize a project I have been working on for over 8 months. Will send him a picture of the Schonbek 5872A when she is fully dressed. Very thankful for the help!
