Always good deals and prompt shipping. I use Amazon Prime for music, videos, and shopping. Customer service is outstanding.
Ordered rug online and was charged immediately. No rug. Have called numerous times and there is never an answer. Only one time could I leave a message but there was no response. Emailed through their support with one response and no updates. This is a shady company. Don't believe their reviews! I am now working with Paypal to get a refund.
