My previous, positive review of Gotprint for promotional products has been deleted. After it took my friend and I multiple attempts to create a gorgeous business card and stickers with my logo, I put my order of 500 cards and 100 stickers into the cart.
When I opened the cart and proceeded to check out, they split my single order into two, separate ones, charging me $20 shipping for each. I was so upset, but I continued with my order because of all the effort we had put in. I then emailed the company after they did not answer their customer service line to report what happened and ask for the reason why. I paid $44 in shipping costs for $60 of product from the same distribution center. Their response to my disgruntled email was, "if you don't like how we manage our company, take your business somewhere else." Shocking!

This appears to be a misunderstanding. The order split into 2 different orders because the items on there had different shipping options. This does NOT affect shipping costs, though. Whether the two items remained on the same order or not, the cost of shipping would not change either way. We tried to explain and offered to assist you placing the order correctly but we were told to cancel both orders, which we did, and we provided a full refund on both.
