My apologies but you were review given the wrong information... it was not for a quote but for an order already placed that I suddenly was told is not going to ship that items were being made... instead of the website stating they were out of stock. The confusion caused the delay in conversation as rep took their time responding to my questions. I was told by the manager over the phone after first rep hung up and ended chat in the middle of my question. That he did not need my business... and by the way. Since when does customer service have a time limit of the issue is not resolved
