HI, I live right across the street from WOW so obviously I want to help a local business, right?! No contract and reasonable rates--don't be fooled, the service doesn't even work in MY neighborhood! So I IM'd to cancel, but you're not allowed. You MUST speak to their representative, only, that's not possible in a reasonable timeframe. So I returned the equipment, with a note saying, I've tried to close my account, I was hung up on twice after waiting for almost an hour to speak with someone in your closing department. Here's your equipment, bye. Two months later I get a call from their billing department saying I owe them money for the previous month, I explain that's unreasonable, tell him I'm over this whole scenario, and why. He refuses to close my account and calls back multiple, multiple, multiple times immediately, then refuses to stop calling (weirdo), so I blocked him. It's harrassment. I find out yesterday, my perfect credit is down 100+ points for the WOW $90. Steer clear of this money drag/mobster style utility. They'll ruin your credit to try and save their SINKING company USING the backs of hardworking folks such as yourself.
