I have tried most of the main hosts over the years and generally only moved when I built a new site or (sadly more often) when service went downhill or a provider went bust. I used to always go for the cheapest but you get what you pay for - now I make my living from my websites I need them to be up.

Brixly have been my host of choice for the past few years, I joined them because I needed stability and first-rate support for my websites and they have delivered on both counts. Support issues are dealt with fast, the team are knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them highly enough. There are plenty of cheaper hosts but if your website is your business then saving a fiver a month really shouldn't be your biggest concern. Absolutely fantastic and can't fault the knowledge and support from Dennis and the team (and thank you Liam for your support today - site back up in less than a minute!)
