I received what I ordered, but didn't care for the cheap chain, or the valance, which had the fabric that covered the valance, but they put a cheap rubber trim on the top and bottom of the valance which makes it look very institutional. This trim is not visible on the pics on line when you place your order, so it was a surprise to see this plastic trim. I called to have them remade, since they offer the "satisfaction guarantee" with cordless, and with a different valance...but they don't apply the same discount for the changes and wanted to charge me $254.00 for EACH valance alone. The blind didn't even cost that much...and $134. EACH for cordless - They wanted $776.00, when I only paid $360. For both blinds! I asked why they don't just give you the same promo, but she said that's not how they do it...

Used the entire bottle, it does smell good, but did nothing for moderate discoloration on arms and chest. They will not let you post negative reviews on their website, only keep the 4-5 star reviews...not fair to the public!

I returned a pair, and decided to get a credit back to purchase a new pair. It's been a couple weeks and no credit, even though they have the glasses back. I've sent 2 emails, and no response. I just decided to return my second pair, and completed the return request on-line, and was told to wait for a shipping label to be sent, it's been 5 days, 3 e-mails, and one call to customer service, and still no shipping label!

Living Social has no customer service! I could not contact their merchant, no call back, and could not schedule appointment - Living Social said I have to get my refund from the merchant that won't call me back! They took my money, and will not refund or help in any way! Groupon is soooo much better, and will still be around after Living Social goes out of business!
