I love Sundance merchandise but on my most recent order for my daughter for Valentine's Day, the back order date was wrong and the earrings never arrived and no communication from Sundance. The earrings now might be in at the end of the month, but no guarantees from Sundance. I asked if I might chose another earring in stock and still receive the free shipment offer from my first order and amazingly they said no, it was a one time deal. I even talked to a supervisor who stated that they do not notify customer of aback order delays until it has been more than 60 days! This is no way to run a business.
