Purchased a brand new Rockville flip down TV/Media player. First time playing it, the screen went blank in the middle of the movie yet the audio was still playing. Contacted business and took them four days to get back to me via email. Forget about trying to contact them via phone or chat as it will produce no results. When we finally received a return email from tech support was asked if the problem "fixed itself". Their products only have a 90 day guarantee. I can see why.
