I moved in 9 weeks ago, I called Tricon to fix my heat called Tricon maintenance immediately as we were freezing and was assured it would be placed as an emergency and be fixed right away. I heard nothing and called then 4 days later. They said they got their signals mixed & would send someone to fix it.
Approximately a week later, a repairman came and stated the air conditioner was wired to the heater and he repaired it. Immediately, we realized it was not fixed and heat wasn't coming out of vents in the upstairs. I called back in and after another two weeks of me calling in, Tricon sent someone else out who stated the vents had return grates on them rather than heat grates so NO HEAT can come out. He stated that he would get Tricon approval & order the correct ones and return to fix. That was 5 weeks ago, So after moving in 9 weeks ago, I have made 51 phone calls. I have spoken to JANET, LATOISHA, BRANDON, CHRISTIAN AND several others from residential and maintenance departments trying to get this fixed to NO AVAIL... I called again today to be told the same thing.
That they were told there's furniture in front of wents? Really Tricon? Apparently, I need not pay rent this month and maybe Tricon will listen and ACTUALLY SEND SOMEONE HERE TO REPAIR MY HEAT!
9 WEEKS. MY CHILDREN CANNOT SLEEP UPSTAURS BECAUSE IT IS TOO COLD!
Did you read the notes? Did you take notes when I called? Do you guys follow up ever? Do you listen to your customers when they call? Two technicians and in excess of 51 calls later. I'm spending my time EVERY day calling Tricon so that my children can sleep in their bedrooms and not freeze, I'm disabled and I am having to fight for you guys to fix the vents and the bathtub! I will reach out to the housing department to assist the disabled in cases such as mine as Tricon doesn't care and while I appreciate your time LaTasha, there aren't enough emergency meetings, phone calls & conferences that you & the entire tricon team states they are on or in to excuse yourselves from doing what is right.

Lived here 60 days and still NO HEAT UPSTAIRS AND NO WORKING BATHTUB. CANNOT USE THE UPSTAIRS SINCE WE MOVED IN!
