I'm using Cincopa media plugin to add video and image galleries to my WordPress-based small business website. I like the variety of templates for galleries and slideshows. My website has up to 10K visitors per month so far. However, the user flow keeps growing and I'm starting to feel a little desperate since the current bandwidth is not enough. Probably, I'll need to upgrade to a bigger plan, but it will cost me extra money.

I think Vimeo hasn't enough tools for videos. There are a lot of video hosting platforms offering marketing video annotations, player customizations and analytics. However, Vimeo works great for sharing high quality videos.

I have some HTML contact forms on my business websites created with JotForm. I really liked this platform because It has integration with PayPal and MailChimp, so visitors are able to process payments, and also forms can be added to email templates.

I run a few small business WordPress websites. So far, it's the best platform offering tons of plugins and frequent updates. Requires very little technical skills and gives enough flexibility at the same time.
