I went to my first session with Liz not knowing if I would commit - it had been 2 years & zero motivation. By the end of the session I was ready to be kind to myself & return to the gym & the day after I was looking forward to my next session. Liz is genuine & knowledgable. I love that we're on the same path & her ease of communication has got me on the same page. Liz has goals for me to help build strength around injuries so I can meet my personal goals.
