I have finally been able to deal with NewChic. Once I sent lots of furious replies about their horrible website and non-functioning LiveChat and phone... and they realized that I had contested the charges on my credit card, I suddenly got less dismissive replies. I paid for one order and am still working with them to figure out how they can pick up the second (repeat) order if they wish to do so. I did get the order x 2 (only wanted one of course). The quality is OK, not great. One shirt and pair of pants looked like it had an embroidery design in the photos but it is just a cheap decal. The cuts are poor overall but I guess I expected that. I rarely order clothes but with pandemic I decided to try. In the end, NewChic was fair but only when it was clear they would not get away with ignoring me. I would be very wary of them, esp the website that can trick you into multiple orders.
