Almost 3 weeks later, the order still has not left Hong Kong.
Wrote to their customer service several times to which I only received automated replies – but no solution.
Cannot even ask for a cancellation/refund as they won't get back to me.
Horribly buying experience!

Have also contacted various influencers and suggested they stop promoting Stylevana as it will only annoy their followers.
Tip for consumers:
Their website only lists positive reviews >> it seems they filter out the negative ones!
