Gazelle was a good company in the past, but no more. So much has gone wrong with my order that I will run out of room. Suffice it say, I still don't have my order but I spent an hour on the phone, several emails, and 2 chat sessions. If you value your time, your money or your peace of mind, avoid this company. There are better options available now. I would give them negative stars if I could.
