Over the last calendar year I have purchased 3 "new" laptop computers from Amazon. Over the last calendar year I have returned 3 "new" laptop computers to Amazon! These were sold under Amazon's Brand, by third party sellers, which in my opinion still makes Amazon totally responsible, although they unsuccessfully tried to "pass the buck" to the sellers. The first 2 laptops were defective out of the box, I received the last one without an activated windows 10 operating system! And to add insult to injury, I had to wait over 2 weeks for refunds and I'm still waiting for my $803.09 refund for the last return. I finally ended up going to a Staples store and purchasing a Toshiba Satellite laptop in person, which I am very satisfied with. One thing is for sure, after I receive my refund, my shopping days at Amazon are over!
