ATTENTION SCAM: the customer service has asked me several times via email for a copy of my credit card front and back. Without asking me to omit sensitive data!
1- I sent a copy of my identity documents but the operator insisted on a copy of the credit card (I have all the emails as proof).
2- I looked for contacts to report the incident that does not comply with the ricardo regulation. Ch, but they don't give me a manager's email, an address or anything else.
3- I want to clarify what happened and another operator, however, replies and offers me in return the immediate reactivation of the account (saying that I have read bad emails = FALSE).
4- I opened an account, which was immediately blocked even before I could publish a simple ad for the sale of a vacuum cleaner.
WARNING: never send a copy of your credit card, let alone if I already have your ID.
