I paid for 1 year only because I didn't realize that you could do month to month. When I went to cancel to make sure that next year I don't get charged $180 next year. It said that I would be out my $180 and I would not be able to use my remaining paid for 48 credits... Just WOW. What a stupid setup, that is just begging for piss poor reviews. Secondly The render quality at 1080 was GARBAGE! I could believe my eyes, I then realized that I spent money on absolute crap and there was a reason they were not letting try out 1080 videos. I am here to make sure nobody else wastes there money. I was making music videos via Canva using canva pro $13 a month and my video quality can go up to 4k. I only make my videos in 1080 because they look great using Canva. Just bummed out about this entirely. Specterr had potential but is absolutely not what I expected, good interface bad everything else.
