I purchased a set of Granite stone stackable in April 2020 from Wayfair. (not Wayfair's fault this company is horrible). They were great at first but last year, yes a year ago, I requested a replacement for my sauté' pan. I got approval back that day in an email saying I was approved and would receive tracking info in 3-4 weeks. I DID NOT! I wrote back and was told it was taking a while due to the fact it was one pan and not the set. Another time I was told it was because of Covid (REALLY!?). I have emailed multiple times since the first email and they keep sending back an email saying the request has been closed and a new one open. At this point all my pans are unusable and I would like a replacement set. I did point that out in an email and was approved for the full set replacement but again nothing is happening. I have sent the invoice, pictures and a plea for help so many times that my husband is telling me to give up already. I get an email back saying I was approved but nothing happens after that. The last time was 3 weeks ago and I haven't gotten even an approval back this time. This all started May 2,2022. For a set of cookware that claims to be the best...mine and my experience has been a nightmare. By the way I have tried calling phone numbers attached to the company. They all tell me the only way to communicate about warranty issues is email. I did push hard enough on one call that the lady took my name and number and said someone would get back to me. That was 5 months ago. NO CALL yet.

Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your money on this product. You will have NO support when it goes bad. I will go back to in store purchases on moderately priced cookware that I don't mind spending money to replace when needed. No more "fancy" crap.

I found TEMU before Christmas and immediately fell in love. Made several orders, some big some small. Shipping always on time or early. Merchandise great quality. Recommended to lots of friends, family and co-workers. Ordered $12 worth of things 2 wks ago without a problem. Tried to place a $15 order 4 days ago and found out they now have a $20 minimum. I chatted, called and emailed, all confirmed the new minimum. This is ridiculous since items are so cheap. I could understand a smaller minimum but $20 is too much. I don't want to be forced to order other items. Not cool TEMU! RETHINK THIS OR YOU WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS...LIKE ME
