I once made an order with three items all on sale. One of the items had become out of stock after the sale and so they emailed me telling me they cancelled my entire order but that I may buy one item at 50% off. The other two items were still available but they didn't want to honor my order. I was just on the phone with customer service, waiting for 30 minutes at 11pm (west coast, meaning it's 2am in the east coast), I doubt they actually had other people on the phone. Then I tried to cancel my account after the whole deal and they won't let me cancel my account online, they want me to call in, which makes sense because they make it impossible to actually get on the phone with a real representative. Lots of people have gotten caught up in their billing scam.
