“Very poor product and poor customer service”

I ordered a German shorthaired pointer hoodie and does not look like on web page! Photo distorted, sewing is poor and they state soft fabric... NOT the case! It's nylon!
Their customer service will not give money back and will not take product back and after sending photos to them, they said they sent correct product and nothing is wrong with it! Who sews a sleeve cuff half bunched and half smooth!
DO NOT order from them! You won't get anywhere! No money back even though their site states half a refund for defective product. You won't see that money ever again!
VERY POOR customer service!
I work in customer service so when a customer is dissatisfied with a product, we return it!
I have been fighting for a refund for over a week or so. They do not budge! But they are willing to give 30% off a new product you order from them. Oh please! What makes you think I'm going to buy again when your product sucks in the first place!
Buyer beware! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered. I would have never ordered from them in the first place.

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful to have read reviews on this site before I even ordered from it. If I would have known how bad they are... I never would have ordered and spent money on their site just to get poor quality product.

Products used:
Hoodie that is not being used because it's defective. Do NOT order anything from Miao Doves!! You will not get your money back and they will not admit to faulty merchandise!!!
